This notice describes this Adxstory website and its enquiry process. Adxstory is operated by Satya Vardhan Bauddh, trading as M/S Cuddle Care Company, a sole proprietorship in Kanpur, India.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, business or venue name, telephone number, and optional campaign or venue details. The form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. We do not send those form entries to an Adxstory website database or email service.
When you select “Continue on WhatsApp”, the details are included in a link sent to WhatsApp to prepare the message. WhatsApp processes that link and your use of its service under its own privacy terms. We receive the enquiry when you send the message to us there.
How we use enquiries
We use information you send to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare quotes, coordinate bookings or venue partnerships, and maintain necessary business records. An enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell enquiry details.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the site. This version does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social-media pixels or a website account system. Images, fonts and video are served as website assets.
Payments
This website does not collect card details or process payments. Agreed bookings are paid using verified business bank-transfer or company QR instructions supplied with an invoice. Do not send passwords, OTPs or sensitive financial credentials through an enquiry.
Retention and access
We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, and retain booking and accounting records for applicable business and legal requirements. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete enquiry information or stop contacting you. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.
