This website introduces Adxstory and allows you to enquire about advertising or venue partnerships. Adxstory is the advertising brand operated by Satya Vardhan Bauddh, trading as M/S Cuddle Care Company.
Information and availability
We are preparing the Kanpur network. Launch plans, venue categories, photographs and screen mockups illustrate the service and do not establish that a particular location is contracted or live. Actual locations, dates, operating hours and availability are confirmed in your quote and accepted booking.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting or sending an enquiry does not reserve advertising inventory, create a venue agreement, or commit either party to a purchase. A booking requires acceptance of the identified commercial terms and applicable campaign, creative or venue documents. Those accepted documents govern the transaction.
Pricing and payment
Media prices, applicable taxes, creative fees, discounts, payment schedule and any minimum term are agreed before booking. Payments are made to the verified business beneficiary by bank transfer or company QR instructions provided with an invoice. There is no payment gateway on this website. Payment verification and campaign activation are handled manually.
Creative services
Advertisers can supply an approved, usable video or request creative preparation. Included scope, revisions, rights and any creation-fee waiver are set out in the accepted order. Adxstory-prepared creative is for the booked network only unless another licence is expressly agreed; a reusable master or external-use right is not included automatically.
Campaign delivery and results
Each accepted booking defines the screens, schedule and delivery commitment. Playback counts are not counts of unique viewers. This website does not guarantee audience numbers, attention, leads or sales. Reporting, shortfalls, make-goods, cancellations and refunds follow the accepted campaign terms.
Venue partnerships
Host compensation, placement, equipment, utilities, access, content restrictions and exit terms are individually agreed. Sending venue details does not promise a fixed payment or automatic selection.
Website use and intellectual property
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit content you have no right to share. Adxstory branding and original site materials remain with their respective rights holders. Venue imagery is illustrative stock photography; it does not imply endorsement.
